Your body writes the data — MedicalAI reads it Free beta

All your health data in one place.
Explained.

Upload your lab reports, import data from your phone and watch, and let an AI assistant explain what your numbers mean.

The demo needs no sign-up — a made-up patient's data. Your own account is free during the beta.

How we protect your data →
Capabilities

Not a symptom checker. The full picture of your health data.

Most health apps track numbers or guess at symptoms. MedicalAI builds a complete profile of you — then shows how it changes over time.

Record

Everything in one place

Your health story, finally in one profile instead of five apps.

  • Data from your phone and smartwatch — steps, heart rate, sleep, weight
  • Lab reports from a photo or PDF — AI reads the values for you
  • Your medical history, medications and family history
Understand

Understand your results

See at a glance which values are fine and which to keep an eye on.

  • Your values next to widely used reference ranges
  • Trends over months, not just today's number
  • What influences each value
Ask

Ask the AI assistant

Questions about your own data, answered in plain language.

  • "How has my blood sugar changed since spring?"
  • Explanations without medical jargon
  • Practical next steps and what to ask your doctor
Habits

Food and habits

Your habits matter as much as your lab values.

  • Snap a meal — AI estimates calories and macros
  • Steps, sleep and meals next to your lab values
  • See how habits and numbers change together
How it works

Up and running in three steps

1

Create a free account

One minute: an email and a password. Nothing to install.

2

Add your data

Snap a photo of a lab report, import from your phone and watch, or type values in.

3

See it and ask

Your overview and trends in one place — and an AI assistant that answers questions about your own data.

Positioning

Where existing apps stop, MedicalAI starts

Trackers collect. Symptom checkers guess. Neither puts it all together — or explains it.

Built to support you, not to replace your doctor

Clear disclaimers throughout the app, every indicator showing what drives it, and your data stored in the EU — separated from every other account, with export and deletion one click away. MedicalAI supports your health decisions and conversations with your doctor — it never replaces them. MedicalAI does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Who is behind it

Built in Bratislava, in the open

Peter Holič

Founder · IT-Projects s. r. o.

A senior IT project manager who spent years shipping software for other companies and now designs and builds AI systems for them. MedicalAI started as a personal question — why is my own health data scattered across five apps, and none of them tell me what it means?

It is built in the open and shaped by feedback. If you have an idea, a use case, or you work in medicine and want to poke holes in it — write to me directly.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is it free?

Yes, during the beta. Every account gets a free daily allowance of AI: 50 questions to the assistant, 10 lab reports read by AI, 15 meal analyses and 5 in-depth AI analyses. Everything else — your record, trends and overview — has no limit.

What do I need to start?

Just an email address. Then add whatever you have: a photo or PDF of a lab report, data from your phone and watch, or values typed in by hand. You can also look around the demo first, without signing up.

Which phones and watches work?

Today you can import data from Apple Health — iPhone and Apple Watch. Android (Health Connect) and other devices are in development. Lab reports and manual entries work with any phone or computer.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Your data is stored in the EU and kept separate from every other account. For analysis it is sent to an AI service (Anthropic); it is never sold or used for advertising. Details are in our privacy policy.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, at any time and with one click — under "My account" in the app. You can also download everything we store about you as a file.

Does it replace my doctor?

No. MedicalAI helps you understand your own numbers and prepare for a doctor's visit. It doesn't diagnose or treat, and AI answers can be wrong — decisions about your health belong with your doctor.

Is there a mobile app?

The app works in your phone's browser today — just open it and log in. A native iPhone and Android app is in development.

Understand your health data — before your next doctor visit.

MedicalAI turns years of scattered health data into one clear answer: how you're doing, what's changing, and what to ask your doctor about.
